Idiots I tell, you, surrounded by fucking IDIOTS. It's actually MORE identifiable that you're using TOR than anything you do in or to the browser itself. That's it, thats all fingerprinting is useful for. Fingerprinting IS NOT TO HUNT PEOPLE DOWN. But if you're using a feature that literally EVERY browser has (such as the bookmarks toolbar), by all means, use the fuckin thing because the bucket's going to be so large, no one is going to be able to classify you enough to make any difference. So dont go installing one off plugins and such. If you install a detectable plugin, that removes you from one bucket and puts you in another, possibly less populated bucket (thereby being more "categorizable" or "identifiable".
The bigger the bucket you're in, the harder it is to classify you as something. It should actually be called BUCKETING not, "Fingerprinting", because thats what it is. Its as if they dont even know what fingerprinting is. The lack of intelligence in people that think enabling a toolbar and changing the height of the inner window being somehow 'insecure' or 'fingerprintable' enough to actually identify a single person is completely absurd. Your computer's IP address and country location still remain anonymous, whether your bookmarks toolbar is showing, and whether your inner window size has changed after enabling the bookmarks toolbar. I think if a user of Tor Browser wants to show the bookmarks toolbar, then the user should show it. Was the percentage 0%, 100%, or somewhere in between? Who knows? Whatever the percentage, I would not concern myself with it.
